A real person from our team will share your screen with you and set up your accounts, step by step. It takes about 5 minutes to get started.
You stay in control
- Nobody can see your screen until you click Accept.
- You can stop any time: click Disconnect, or just close the program.
- Our helper can see your screen, move the mouse and type. If we need a file from your computer (for example to set up your register or tank monitor), we ask you first. A box shows what is allowed, and a file is copied only if you say yes.
- Nothing is recorded in website help.
1 Download the help program
Pick the kind of computer you are using now.
Not sure which Mac you have? Click the Apple logo, then About This Mac, and look at “Chip”. If your computer asks whether to open a program from the internet, choose Open (Mac) or Run (Windows).
Mac only: the first time, your Mac asks you to allow “Accessibility” for MontroAI-Help. Click Configure, switch it on, and come back. You only do this once. Our helper can walk you through it on the phone: 832-526-0617. Windows computers do not need this.
2 Open it and find your code
When the MontroAI Help window opens, it shows a number called your code (6 to 9 digits). Keep that window open. You will type the number in the next step.
