Montro-AI is a product of ARAZ Venture LLC, a Texas company ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect when you use Montro-AI and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and the name and address of your business and stores.
• Store records you enter or connect: for example daily sales entries, lottery, fuel and merchandise records, invoices, and reports. These belong to you.
• Messages with the AI Manager: the texts, calls and approvals between you and the Montro-AI AI Manager, so we can show you what was done and when.
• Help requests: what you type in our help form, and the help session you choose to accept.

How we use it

We use your information to run Montro-AI for you: to show your stores' numbers, to send you alerts and approval requests, to give you help, and to keep the service safe. We do not sell your information. We do not use your mobile phone number or text-message consent for advertising.

Who can see it

• People you choose: staff, managers, supervisors, partners and accountants you give access to, each only to what their role allows.
• Service providers that help us run Montro-AI, such as database and web hosting, email, and the text and phone service that delivers messages. They may handle your information only to provide those services to us.
• Legal reasons: if the law requires it.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and text-message consent, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Keeping it safe, and your choices

Each owner's records are kept separate from every other owner's. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. To stop text messages at any time, reply STOP (see our Text messaging page).
