These terms apply when you use Montro-AI, a product of ARAZ Venture LLC, a Texas company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Montro-AI you agree to them.

What Montro-AI is

Montro-AI is back-office software for stores and restaurants. It includes an AI Manager and an AI Supervisor that help with routine paperwork and alerts. They always tell you they are AI. They are helpers, not a replacement for your own judgment, your accountant or your lawyer.

Your account and your records

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for the people you give access to.
• The records you put into Montro-AI are yours. You can export them.
• Tax rates, lottery rules, ages and similar rules are settings you and your accountant confirm. Montro-AI does not give legal, tax or financial advice.

What the AI may and may not do

You decide what the AI Manager may do on its own, what it must ask you first, and what it may never do. Moving money, filing taxes, changing bank or security settings, and hiring or letting go of staff are always left to you.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your mobile number, the AI Manager may text or call you about your stores. See our Text messaging page for how to stop messages.

Using the service

Do not misuse Montro-AI, try to reach another owner's records, or use it for anything unlawful. We may pause an account that puts the service or other customers at risk. We work to keep Montro-AI available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
